What is your design style?
Shine Event Design is a event only studio. Which means, our designs are tailored to your aesthetic. It also means that we know what it takes to plan for the freshest, fullest at-event florals, how to do a room flip, when to recommend pieces that can be repurposed and how to design for a scale that works with your venue. We know what flowers to recommend for your budget, your season and the length of your day's plans. Grown out of our love for market fresh flowers, we work with local growers and suppliers to provide you with designs that capture the spirit of your event. We've created designs in mercury glass vases, oversized crystal glass columns, geometric shapes, wood trays, hollow pumpkins, bird nests and everything in between! Our studio is based in Seattle and serves the Pacific Northwest with custom created event florals.
Do you provide a discount to your planning or coordination clients?
Absolutely! The benefit of working with you as a planner or coordinator is that we intimately get to know your style and preferences throughout the process of working together. For pricing, because we are already on site for coordination, we waive delivery and installation fees, and there is no minimum purchase requirement.
We are working with another planner or coordinator! Will you still work with us?
Yes-- we love working with other vendors! We want you to have YOUR vendor dream team and that requires a special mix of people that fit your plans best. As your floral design vendor, we'll work closely with you (and your planner or coordinator if you have one) to prep for your big day. We'll provide planning, ideation and suggestions as we work to create the perfect floral design for you.

There are many factors that go into pricing our bouquets, arrangements and floral art installations. Pricing depends on the amount and type of flowers, labor involved, how many pieces you need to have created. Pricing also depends on the size of arrangements and the containers used, plus any cost for arches and bases the flowers will be applied to. For every client, we strive to explain when and where you can save money and what design elements might be worth the extra pennies!
As a guideline, the following figures provide general price ranges. Ranges are provided because each piece is based on a collaborative custom design with our clients. Stem count, floral type and scale all play a factor in final pricing.
